Sales Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Operational onboarding and system configuration for our distribution partners and B2B clients

• Maintenance of data related to distribution partners, intermediaries, customers, and sales structures

• Providing administrative assistance for our distribution partners and B2B clients, ensuring clear communication on ongoing matters

• Handling portfolio transfers, advisor reassignments, and portfolio reallocations

• Preparation and verification of invoices for intermediaries, along with resolving any billing discrepancies

• Implementation of commission agreements and partner-specific billing logic within our systems

• Offering administrative and organizational support to our field sales team, particularly our broker advisors

• Coordinating special cases with Sales, Accounting, Contract Services, IT, and Legal & Compliance departments

• Ensuring the quality of data, documentation, adherence to processing deadlines, and compliance with agreed service levels

• Engaging in efforts to optimize, digitize, and automate our partner and B2B processes

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed commercial training program, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry, or an equivalent qualification

• Initial professional experience in the insurance sector, ideally in contract, portfolio, or sales administration

• A structured, meticulous, and independent work style with a keen awareness of quality

• Strong service and customer orientation, along with a passion for working with distribution partners and internal teams

• Proficient in using MS Office

• Excellent proficiency in the German language, both written and spoken
