📋 Description

• Manage and enhance the Groove and Dialpad platforms to facilitate sales operations and processes.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to integrate Sales Cloud and other systems, ensuring data integrity and precision.

• Formulate and execute strategies in collaboration with Sales to boost productivity and efficiency.

• Offer best practices, guidance, and support for the effective utilization of sales tools and processes.

• Supervise the quality and cleanliness of data within sales tools.

• Evaluate sales performance data, generate reports, and deliver actionable insights.

• Establish communication channels with sales teams across Fieldwire and Hilti Software product teams.

• Train and assist sales teams in the use of Sales Cloud, Groove, Dialpad, and other sales operations tools.

• Share experiences regarding sales operations tool utilization to aid in onboarding.

• Assess and propose technologies to improve sales operations.

• Collaborate with IT and relevant departments to integrate new technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Computer Science.

• Over 3 years of experience as a Sales Operations Manager working with Salesforce Sales Cloud and commonly associated tools (e.g. Groove, Dialpad).

• Familiarity with sales operations best practices and principles.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Ability to work independently, demonstrating self-motivation and autonomy.

• Excellent analytical skills with the capacity to interpret and convey data-driven insights.

• Outstanding project management abilities and the capacity to handle multiple projects at once.

• Certifications in Salesforce, Groove, or similar tools are a plus.

• Previous experience in the construction industry is highly regarded.
