This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee Salesforce users, profiles, roles, page layouts, permissions, forecast hierarchy, quota records, pipeline stages, and territory assignments.
• Develop and sustain Salesforce reports and dashboards tailored for sales, channel, and leadership teams.
• Offer daily Salesforce triage and administrative assistance.
• Conduct independent quality assurance on Salesforce data accuracy and HubSpot sync integrity.
• Manage the rolling coverage model and identify segment deficiencies.
• Maintain quarterly forecasting dashboards and respond to ad-hoc data requests from sales and finance leadership.
• Provide monthly marketing funnel metrics and weekly channel pipeline summaries.
• Handle closed-won processing, review order forms and contracts, and manage NDA/MSA/DPA/security questionnaire workflows.
• Coordinate DocuSign execution, legal assessments, vendor documentation, and post-close invoicing alongside Finance and AWS Channel.
• Administer the PRM tool, overseeing users, portal setup, deal registration rules, partner tiers, and access permissions.
• Process deal registrations, address VAR conflicts, onboard VARs, and manage partner enablement resources.
• Maintain channel revenue dashboards and manage Crossbeam administration.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers on renewal documentation.
• Work with Finance on commission payout data and calculations.
• Deliver key performance indicators related to deal desk cycle time, Salesforce data integrity, channel effectiveness, forecast accuracy, and renewal/commission precision.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 4–5 years of experience in Sales Operations or Deal Desk at an Enterprise SaaS startup.
• Background in a Series B or C stage startup environment.
• Capability to work asynchronously in a remote-first setting with a high degree of autonomy.
• Expertise in Salesforce administration, encompassing flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, user management, and data hygiene.
• Salesforce Admin certification is preferred, though not mandatory if substantial hands-on experience is evident.
• Practical experience with enterprise SaaS contracts, including NDA routing, MSA coordination, DocuSign, and order form evaluations.
• Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, and/or AWS Marketplace portal invoicing is beneficial.
• Significant experience in channel/partner operations is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with EPRM tools such as Channeltivity, Impartner, Alliances, or Salesforce PRM is a distinguishing factor.
