This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Oversee the technical aspects of audits and requests for proposals.
• Take charge of the technical segment in client-facing presentations.
• Facilitate collaboration among Thrive’s various teams.
• Develop clear audit narratives and convert intricate findings into commercially applicable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Business Development to ensure presentations accurately reflect Thrive’s expertise and address client requirements.
• Foster growth within current client partnerships through proactive internal audits in collaboration with the Performance team.
• Analyze performance, pinpoint untapped opportunities, and showcase the value of Thrive’s contributions.
• Oversee the quality and advancement of the audit discipline, including methodologies, standards, internal documents, and client-facing outputs.
• Mentor contributors, coordinate stakeholders, uphold technical rigor, and align recommendations with delivery capabilities.
• Assist in qualification, uncover opportunities for expansion, enhance market credibility, and leverage audit insights for service innovation.
• Complete onboarding milestones at 30, 60, and 90 days, involving client pitches, discussions, audits, and RFPs.
• Directly managed and optimized e-commerce and demand generation accounts of varying complexity, including multimillion-dollar annual media expenditures.
• Engaged with active advertising accounts to identify challenges in measurement, structure, budgeting, targeting, creative, and performance alongside delivery teams.
• Conducted comprehensive technical audits, transforming account-level data into prioritized recommendations, actionable steps, and commercially viable growth prospects.
• Presented and justified technical recommendations to executive and senior marketing stakeholders during critical new business and expansion discussions.
• Coordinated efforts among sales, strategy, media, creative, and data contributors throughout audits and requests for proposals, managing scope, timelines, narratives, and quality.
• Enhanced internal operations through proactive audits, hands-on team support, standardized processes, improved workflows, and contributor training.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in Canada.
