This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Oversee the technical aspects of audits and proposals.
• Spearhead the technical elements of client-facing presentations.
• Facilitate collaboration among Thrive’s teams.
• Create clear narratives for audits and convert intricate findings into commercially valuable suggestions.
• Collaborate with Business Development to showcase Thrive’s expertise and address client requirements.
• Foster growth within current client relationships through proactive internal audits in conjunction with the Performance team.
• Analyze performance, discover untapped opportunities, and illustrate the value of Thrive’s contributions.
• Take ownership of the quality and advancement of the audit discipline, including methodologies, standards, internal documentation, and client-facing deliverables.
• Mentor contributors, coordinate stakeholders, uphold technical quality, and ensure recommendations align with delivery capabilities.
• Assist in qualification, identify expansion opportunities, enhance market credibility, and transform audit insights into service innovations.
• Direct sales-oriented audits and the technical aspects of pitches according to the onboarding milestones of 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Directly managed and optimized e-commerce and demand generation accounts of varying complexities.
• Experience handling multimillion-dollar annual media budgets.
• Worked within active advertising accounts to identify issues related to measurement, structure, budgeting, targeting, creative, and performance.
• Led comprehensive technical audits and translated account-level data into prioritized recommendations and growth strategies.
• Presented and defended technical recommendations to executive and senior marketing professionals.
• Coordinated efforts among sales, strategy, media, creative, and data contributors throughout audits and RFP processes.
• Experience enhancing internal operations through proactive audits, standardized procedures, improved workflows, contributor training, and direct team support.
• Must possess legal authorization to work in Mexico.
