This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Management, Product, and Marketing leaders to identify business and program requirements, transforming them into scalable operational roadmaps.
• Foster collaborative relationships within designated business units while aligning with Operations & Organizational Planning and other key stakeholders.
• Advocate for an operational mindset throughout designated business units and the broader organization.
• Lead the design, execution, and ongoing improvement of the program's operational strategy.
• Serve as a representative and advocate for program and participant experience functions in organizational planning and strategic discussions.
• Oversee complex or high-priority operational challenges and initiatives, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Establish, track, and report on operational trends utilizing data insights to enhance transparency and customer experience.
• Assist in the creation and evaluation of training and communication materials.
• Spearhead and participate in cross-functional initiatives focused on operational excellence, program scalability, and enhancements to user experience.
• Ensure that business operations adhere to applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical practices.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in planning, managing, and scaling operational processes effectively.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience within Sales or Insurance sectors, preferably in a health insurance or similar context, managing intricate operations.
• Exceptional critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to build trust and strong relationships.
• Demonstrated proficiency in time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Advanced communication skills encompassing speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Capacity to give and receive feedback and constructive criticism from various channels.
• Familiarity with health plan benefits, processes, and operations, preferably in Medical or Dental.
• Experience within the Massachusetts insurance sector is preferred.
• A strong process-oriented mindset with effective problem analysis and resolution skills is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in using personal computers and related technologies.
• Must conduct business in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines.
