This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with leaders from Sales and Client Management, Product, and Marketing to identify business and program requirements and convert them into actionable, scalable operational roadmaps.
• Foster collaborative relationships across targeted business units and coordinate efforts with Operations & Organizational Planning and other stakeholders.
• Advocate for an operational mindset throughout designated business units and the entire organization.
• Lead the design, execution, and ongoing enhancement of program operational strategies.
• Represent and advocate for program and participant experience functions, as well as constituent perspectives in organizational planning and strategic discussions.
• Oversee complex or high-priority operational challenges and initiatives, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Define, track, and report on operational trends using data insights to enhance transparency and customer experience.
• Assist in the development and review of training and communication materials.
• Spearhead and contribute to cross-functional initiatives aimed at achieving operational excellence, program scalability, and improvements in user experience.
• Conduct business in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical guidelines; report any potential compliance or ethical concerns.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in business management or a related discipline.
• Proven success in planning, managing, and scaling functional operational processes.
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Sales or Insurance sectors.
• Experience in managing complex operations, preferably within a health insurance or similar environment.
• Exceptional critical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills to act as a trusted advisor and cultivate strong relationships.
• Demonstrated abilities in time management, prioritization, and multitasking.
• Advanced proficiency in speaking, writing, and active listening.
• Capability to provide and receive feedback and constructive criticism.
• Understanding of health plan benefits, processes, and operations, ideally in Medical or Dental.
• Familiarity with the Massachusetts insurance landscape.
• Strong process-oriented mindset and effective problem analysis and resolution skills.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Ability to operate personal computers and related technologies effectively.
• Must conduct business in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, professional standards, and ethical considerations.
• Required to report any potential compliance or ethical issues to the designated Compliance Officer.
