This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the intake, prioritization, and sequencing for critical Upsell initiatives.
• Lead the regular enablement planning sessions in collaboration with Upsell business partners.
• Develop and sustain enablement plans for Tier 1 initiatives.
• Convert product releases and process modifications into effective training, documentation, and communications.
• Manage change and internal communications strategies.
• Collaborate with Product and Product Marketing on go-to-market requirements and adoption initiatives.
• Create enablement content, training resources, playbooks, and support materials.
• Conduct training sessions through instructor-led and subject-matter-expert workshops.
• Act as the enablement liaison for Upsell leadership, GTM, Post Sales, Fintech sellers, and product/revenue executives.
• Represent enablement in cross-departmental planning efforts.
• Monitor the adoption and effectiveness of initiatives using the Upsell scorecard.
• Enhance intake and tiering processes based on implementation outcomes.
• Demonstrated experience in enablement with a proven impact on business outcomes within a high-growth, rapidly evolving organization.
• In-depth understanding of the home services sector along with ServiceTitan's products, platform, and clientele.
• Sales or account management experience, ideally within a B2B SaaS or post-sales context, alongside enablement expertise.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS).
• 4–6+ years of relevant experience in enablement, training, or go-to-market program management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in managing intake, prioritization, and aligning stakeholders with minimal supervision.
• Strong history of building relationships with senior stakeholders in Product, Product Marketing, RevOps, and Sales/Account Management leadership.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to translate product and process changes into clear, actionable enablement strategies.
• Ability to prioritize and sequence competing high-priority initiatives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Proficiency with CRMs, LMS platforms, eLearning software, and project management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience in people management or the ability to inspire and lead others without direct authority.
