This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drive commercial success, presenting an excellent opportunity for professional growth and visibility within our commercial and sales operations teams.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and team members to execute sales strategies and meet business objectives.

• Assist in managing sales incentive compensation for North American Laboratory Products field sales teams.

• Participate in designing sales compensation plans for team members eligible under the Sales Incentive Plans (SIP).

• Analyze monthly incentive compensation disbursements, revenue modifications, and performance metrics.

• Engage in month-end reporting and preparation of revenue data reports for monthly assessments.

• Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of data quality in the Sales Data Warehouse and Xactly Incent.

• Help coordinate the Sales Rep Product/Channel responsibility matrix, ensuring precise implementation and documentation of modifications.

• Support the Sales Territory Management process, including territory mapping and documentation.

• Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to the teams you support.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field (MBA is a plus).

• A minimum of 3+ years of progressively responsible business experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Support, or as a Financial Analyst supporting cross-functional teams.

• Strong expertise in Excel.

• Experience with Cognos (or a similar data warehouse tool), Xactly Incent (or a similar compensation management tool), and PowerPoint is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel to corporate events as necessary.
