This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Establish analysis objectives and oversee the gathering of relevant database information.
• Assess, enhance, and develop information schemas to ensure operational data is accessible to the sales team.
• Collaborate with sales team members to identify and capitalize on performance enhancement opportunities.
• Interpret reports and aid sales personnel and management in comprehending data and analyses.
• Assist in account maintenance while ensuring the accuracy and availability of information.
• Maintain and audit essential sales data using relevant IT systems and departments.
• Take ownership of designated reporting and analysis domains.
• Act as an internal point of contact for ad hoc information requests from end-users.
• Compile and distribute operational reports and performance metrics.
• Aid in the automation of reporting and the development of new metrics and dashboards.
• Address queries and issues related to sales team data.
• Analyze data and its implications in collaboration with sales team members.
• Contribute to the assessment and development of new capabilities.
• Support initiatives aimed at enhancing, improving, or rectifying system functionalities.
• Engage in the development and testing of sales processes, strategies, and methodologies.
• Facilitate meetings and coordinate feedback, testing, and project promotion.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, ideally in Business, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field is preferred.
• Ability to function effectively as a team player towards shared objectives.
• Highly organized, self-motivated individual who embraces new challenges enthusiastically.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, along with time management skills.
• Capability to perform under tight deadlines in a fast-paced business environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience with programming languages for statistics and automation (R or Python) is advantageous.
• Familiarity with data-access languages (SQL, SOQL) is a plus.
• Knowledge of OBIEE, Salesforce, or Google Analytics platforms is beneficial.
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening before starting work.
• Continuous viewing of and inputting data on a computer screen.
• Prolonged periods of sitting are required.
• Travel may be necessary, but will be less than 10%.
