Sales Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Organize, plan, and execute training programs for the team.

• Identify new training needs and opportunities based on performance metrics.

• Oversee daily customer interactions.

• Ensure compliance with sales quality standards and processes.

• Provide performance reports to leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience in sales, training, coaching, and oversight.

• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

• Familiarity with Power BI and CRM systems is advantageous.

• Must have a collaborative, detail-oriented, and analytical mindset.
