This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.
• Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies for enablement programs, product launches, and organizational initiatives.
• Utilize generative AI to customize messaging for various global audiences.
• Produce content across email, digital platforms, video, and social media channels.
• Employ AI-assisted writing tools to enhance clarity, tone, and engagement.
• Collaborate with GFE teams, product management, sales operations, and corporate communications to ensure alignment in messaging and storytelling.
• Apply AI-driven sentiment analysis to improve change management strategies.
• Detect communication gaps and propose effective solutions.
• Utilize advanced analytics and AI-powered reporting tools to evaluate engagement and extract actionable insights.
• Establish and refine communication channels and cadences.
• Leverage predictive analytics to identify the most effective communication mixes.
• Work alongside the broader employee communications team to ensure consistency in corporate messaging.
• Utilize automated content-tagging and distribution tools for personalized field-specific communications.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Over 5 years of experience in Communications roles.
• Experience in supporting communications for sales teams.
• Knowledge of sales enablement, field operations, or technology environments.
• Demonstrated experience in internal communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong editorial judgment and a history of embracing new technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to write, edit, and publish autonomously.
• Experience with AI productivity tools.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently while adhering to strict deadlines.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with digital collaboration and workflow management systems.
• Proficient in influencing and communicating effectively across all leadership levels.
• Data-driven approach to communications.
• Collaborative and customer-centric attitude towards internal audiences.
• Preferred: proficiency with communication platforms, AI-driven content creation tools, and advanced measurement/analytics suites.
