Sales Operations Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in territory planning, account segmentation, capacity modeling, and the establishment of quotas/targets.

• Collaborate with operations leadership and cross-functional teams on forecasting and enhancing processes.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce, focusing on account data quality and executing bulk data updates.

• Create and manage reports and dashboards to track account and business performance.

• Produce regular data insights to pinpoint process gaps and aid in business reviews.

• Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business initiatives and requests from leadership.

• Work with account, marketing, finance, and other teams to enhance operational efficiency.

• Utilize modern data and AI-assisted tools to optimize reporting and analysis workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales operations, account management, or customer success operations, preferably related to managing key accounts.

• Practical Salesforce expertise in maintaining data integrity and executing bulk account/data updates; this role is not for a Salesforce developer.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Demonstrated capacity to handle multiple tasks concurrently and complete them successfully.

• Required work authorization for employment in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Preferred: 3–5 years of relevant experience, with outstanding candidates with less experience also considered.

• Experience in a fast-paced tech, startup, or consulting environment is preferred.

• Familiarity with building models and analyses in Google Sheets or Excel is preferred.

• Knowledge of AI-assisted data and analytics tools is preferred.

• A degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is also acceptable.
