Junior Sales Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Evaluate sales trends, pipeline health, and conversion rates to pinpoint areas for enhancement

• Issue prompt temporary and permanent license keys to maintain customer system reliability

• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly analytics and dashboards

• Assist in the maintenance of regional pricing strategies

• Collaborate with finance and sales departments to address discrepancies in orders, pricing, or contracts

• Document system processes, business rules, and configurations

• Manage and optimize Salesforce CRM

• Support the sales team in booking new orders while ensuring precision and compliance

• Conduct regular data audits and cleansing activities

• Create and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards

• Facilitate order processing workflows and approvals

• Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training for Salesforce

• Partner with marketing, finance, product, and customer success teams

• Promote governance of CRM utilization for opportunity management

• Assist in the implementation of Salesforce features and system enhancements

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline

• 2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role or a similar position

• In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud

• Practical experience with Salesforce automation tools (Flow, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards)

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities

• Capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset towards system enhancements

• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
