This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Develop, implement, and leverage processes and tools that support the entire sales lifecycle, which includes pricing, orders, invoicing, opportunity assessment, field inventory management, and sales pipeline analytics and forecasting.
• Analyze and report on the order pipeline, bookings, revenue forecasts, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal achievement.
• Maintain and enhance sales force automation systems, costing models for products/services, and tools and systems for margin management.
• Address complex business challenges utilizing advanced subject matter expertise.
• Lead or contribute expertise to functional project teams and cross-functional initiatives.
• Direct process enhancements and establish relevant policies.
• Act as the organization's representative to external customers and clients.
• Offer mentoring and guidance to junior employees.
• Design and implement processes and tools for sales forecasting, analytics, metrics, order management, and operational support across US channel partners.
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to pinpoint relevant analytics, metrics, and outcomes.
• Operate within sales operations frameworks, forecasts, and budgets to fulfill resource and sales client requirements.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with internal and external partners and clients to ensure quality audits and effective quality management.
• Provide domain-specific expertise and quality leadership for cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
• Drive innovation by integrating new technologies and initiatives into sales operations tools and practices.
• Work in conjunction with sales teams and US channel partners to deliver resources, sales forecasting, and reporting to supply chain and demand planning teams.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations or related fields; candidates with comparable qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• At least 3 years of previous experience in an enterprise technology environment.
• Previous experience with SFDC and Oracle.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong expertise in Excel.
• Experience in data and financial analytics.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build relationships within the business and with external customers.
• Capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with AI is preferred.
• Previous experience working with external customers is an advantage.
• Ability to adapt to evolving business situations.
• Experience collaborating with senior sales management.
• Background as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or Team Lead.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in designing and implementing process and tools management and improvement frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
• Comprehensive understanding and experience applying business and sales operations practices and process design.
• Experience in evaluating forecasting and planning methodologies.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Competency in conveying sales operations architectures, plans, proposals, and results and negotiating options at senior management levels.
• US citizenship is required.
