Sales Opener / SDR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Engaging with property developers, project developers, and real estate firms via phone.

• Establishing direct communication with managing directors and key sales decision-makers.

• Generating interest while assessing the current sales landscape of the company.

• Identifying specific needs or sales opportunities.

• Arranging qualified appointments for subsequent consultation calls.

• Persistently following up with promising contacts.

• Accurately documenting and maintaining all contacts within the CRM system.

• Continuously enhancing your call performance and key performance indicators.

• Collaborating directly with the management team.

• Proficient in spoken and written German.

• Enjoy making phone calls and openly approaching new individuals.

• Confident in communicating with business owners and decision-makers.

• Capable of handling rejection and maintaining consistent follow-ups.

• Attentive listener with the ability to ask effective questions.

• Able to work in a structured and self-directed manner.

• Critically assess your own outcomes and strive for improvement.

• Ambitious and enthusiastic about sales.

• Initial experience in cold calling, B2B sales, telephone sales, recruiting, real estate, or agency sales is advantageous, but not mandatory.
