Sales Merchandiser

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Accurately and efficiently handle the placement of beer orders at retail locations.

• Rotate inventory to guarantee freshness and effective stock management.

• Establish displays, signage, and promotional materials in alignment with brand guidelines.

• Keep track of inventory levels and notify the ASM of any out-of-stock or low-stock situations.

• Ensure product displays are clean, organized, and safe.

• Assist with merchandising audits and reporting as requested by the ASM.

• Develop and sustain strong relationships with retail staff to enhance brand visibility.

• Collaborate closely with the Sales Team and other Sales Merchandisers to implement on-shelf strategies and uphold planogram compliance.

• Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.

• Preferred: Certified Cicerone.

• Must possess a valid driver's license and have access to an insured vehicle.

• Minimum age of 21 years required.

• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Willingness to adapt to varying schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.

• Capability to lift and carry up to 55 lbs, and occasionally lift 30 lbs overhead.

• Ability to remain active and stand for the entirety of an 8-hour shift.

• Competence to work in diverse temperature conditions, including refrigerated storage areas and outdoor settings.
