This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Slovakia.
• Take ownership and lead the complete revenue generation function across Sales and Marketing for the company.
• Create, implement, and refine strategies that generate qualified leads, enhance sales performance, and foster sustainable revenue growth for Hustler Marketing.
• Manage the entire sales and marketing funnel, from lead generation to signed contracts and new client acquisition.
• Formulate the overarching sales and marketing strategy in alignment with business growth objectives.
• Review existing processes, pinpoint gaps and inefficiencies, and implement necessary improvements.
• Establish scalable lead generation systems through SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, paid acquisition, content marketing, and other channels.
• Enhance lead qualification, sales processes, pipeline management, and conversion rates.
• Personally spearhead strategic sales initiatives and high-value opportunities during the initial rebuilding phase.
• Recruit, nurture, and lead high-performing Sales and Marketing teams.
• Oversee departmental budgets, hiring strategies, resource allocation, and channel investment decisions.
• Set KPIs, performance metrics, and reporting systems.
• Track pipeline health, lead generation effectiveness, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, revenue forecasting, and commercial performance.
• Deliver performance reports, strategic recommendations, and revenue forecasts to Company Leadership.
• Collaborate with the Service Department and internal stakeholders regarding client expectations, onboarding, and long-term client success.
• Identify market opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Investigate industry trends, competitor activities, ecommerce developments, and emerging marketing strategies.
• Develop scalable processes, documentation, and operational frameworks.
• Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, continuous improvement, and commercial excellence.
• Engage in leadership meetings and contribute to the company strategy.
• Provide support to other departments with commercial insights and strategic initiatives.
• Report directly to Company Leadership.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience leading Sales, Marketing, or Revenue functions with direct responsibility for commercial outcomes.
• Proven track record in building, scaling, and managing high-performing Sales and Marketing teams.
• Demonstrated ability to personally drive revenue growth while creating scalable commercial systems and processes.
• Significant experience in a digital marketing agency or SaaS company that serves ecommerce businesses (required).
• Proven success in generating qualified leads through SEO, outbound sales, partnerships, referrals, content marketing, and other growth initiatives.
• Strong sales background with a demonstrated history of personally closing new business and managing high-value sales opportunities.
• Excellent understanding of sales pipeline management, lead qualification, conversion optimization, and revenue forecasting.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to make data-driven decisions.
• Experience in managing departmental budgets, hiring, resource planning, and operational performance.
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational abilities, accountability, responsiveness, and capability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting.
• Experience in selling retention marketing services such as Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, or UGC services is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, ecommerce marketing technology, and the broader ecommerce ecosystem is highly desirable.
• Existing connections or network within the ecommerce or DTC industry is a notable advantage.
• Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Availability and responsiveness from Monday to Friday, 3-6 PM BCN time.
• Ability to consistently work 30-35 hours per week, totaling approximately 140 hours per month.
• Stable internet connection.
• A laptop or desktop computer capable of attending virtual meetings.
• Openness to receiving constructive feedback and providing effective coaching and feedback.
• Fixed monthly salary paid in USD.
• Uncapped performance-based commission linked to closed revenue.
• First two months compensated at full rate during the trial-and-adaptation period.
• Flexible work schedule.

• Regular performance reviews every 9-12 months.
• Role and workload re-evaluation after 6-12 months.
