This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
• Foster close, trusted relationships with customers through regular engagement and dependable follow-through.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic accounts, deal execution, proposal creation, and customer interaction.
• Assist customers in re-profiling or renegotiating their existing contracts.
• Maintain daily oversight of the opportunity pipeline in Salesforce.
• Ensure accuracy in forecasting and data quality for leadership assessments.
• Create formal proposals, pricing estimates, studies, and marketing materials.
• Address commercial issues within accounts through data analysis.
• Escalate complex negotiations to the Sales Director when necessary.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Project Management, and Field Service teams.
• Enhance knowledge of market trends, commercial developments, and competitor positioning.
• Provide insights to account and regional strategies.
• Contribute to commercial initiatives and participate in small cross-functional projects.
• Advance toward greater account ownership and sales leadership roles.
• A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, finance, economics, analytics, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder, or capital equipment sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time based on business requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
• Proven aptitude for consultative selling.
• Strong attention to detail in managing the pipeline, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and preparing proposal and contract documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple concurrent accounts and opportunities in a dynamic, high-value environment.
• Capacity to work effectively as part of a two-person account management team.
• A Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field is preferred.
