This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and manage a designated portfolio of customer accounts.
• Foster strong, trusted relationships with customers through regular engagement and dependable follow-through.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director on key accounts, execution of deals, proposal preparation, and customer interaction.
• Assist customers looking to re-profile or renegotiate their existing contracts.
• Maintain daily responsibility for the opportunity pipeline within Salesforce.
• Ensure the accuracy of forecasts and quality of data for leadership review meetings.
• Create formal proposals, pricing estimates, studies, and related documentation.
• Address commercial challenges through data analysis and escalate complex negotiations to the Sales Director.
• Work in coordination with Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Project Management, and Field Service teams.
• Enhance understanding of market trends, commercial developments, and competitor positioning.
• Provide valuable insights to account and regional strategy.
• Engage in commercial initiatives and small projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Over 3 years of sales experience, preferably with exposure to complex, multi-stakeholder, or capital equipment sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel 50-75% of the time based on business requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, if applicable.
• Preferred: Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field.
• Proven aptitude for consultative selling.
• Willingness to receive feedback and ambition to advance into roles with greater responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail in managing pipelines, ensuring forecasting accuracy, and preparing proposal and contract documentation.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts and opportunities simultaneously.
• Capable of working efficiently as part of a two-person account team.
• Established industry connections are beneficial, but not mandatory.
