This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Take charge of the growth in the Aerospace and Defense sector, encompassing pipeline management, bookings, and revenue generation.
• Develop and implement a market strategy targeting aerospace OEMs, defense primes, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, as well as the broader ecosystem.
• Spearhead large-scale initiatives across digital engineering, application modernization, data and AI, cloud transformation, and enterprise platforms.
• Oversee opportunities from qualification through the development of win strategies, proposal writing, negotiations, and closure.
• Facilitate a seamless transition to delivery and ensure ongoing account growth post-deal closure.
• Navigate Federal and Public Sector opportunities, including IDIQs, task orders, and long-cycle pursuits.
• Cultivate executive relationships with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with hyperscalers, software partners, and other stakeholders in the Aerospace and Defense ecosystem.
• Uphold pipeline discipline, maintain accurate forecasting, and establish clear win strategies.
• Promote enterprise transformation programs, consulting services, enterprise platforms, application modernization, digital engineering, cloud and platform transformation, cybersecurity, and Data and AI solutions.
• A minimum of 10 years of enterprise sales experience with a strong emphasis on Aerospace and Defense.
• Demonstrated success in growing Aerospace and Defense accounts and closing complex multi-year services and transformation contracts.
• Experience in selling digital engineering, cloud services, data solutions, cybersecurity, or other critical technology solutions.
• Strong comprehension of the Aerospace and Defense purchasing processes, including program structures, buying centers, capture processes, and long-cycle sales motions.
• Proven experience working with U.S. Federal, Department of Defense, or defense-related clients.
• Knowledge of regulated environments, including ITAR, export controls, and secure delivery mandates.
• Experience with programs necessitating security clearances.
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, IDIQs, GWACs, and capture methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, technology, or equivalent qualifications.
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or eligibility to obtain one if required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
