This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile, +5 more countries.
β’ Take ownership and enhance CRM and sales operations, which encompass pipeline structure, lead lifecycle, data integrity, SLAs, and inbound workflows.
β’ Instill a robust CRM culture within the sales team through training, audits, and corrective measures.
β’ Propel performance by utilizing structured reporting and dashboards, while continuously identifying and enhancing funnel efficiency.
β’ Guide and develop the sales team through coaching, mentoring, performance evaluations, and goal establishment.
β’ Engage in the recruitment and training of new team members.
β’ Oversee high-volume inbound leads, ensuring prompt response times, quality handling, and equitable distribution of workloads.
β’ Optimize lead distribution to enhance efficiency, conversion rates, and overall team performance.
β’ Maintain call quality and communication standards for clients based in the US.
β’ Evaluate calls, coach on objection handling and call structure, analyze deal losses, and develop SMS and email support channels.
β’ Lead sales efforts utilizing metrics such as conversion rate, close rate, average deal value, speed to lead, and revenue per representative.
β’ Design and implement data-driven initiatives aimed at boosting conversion rates and overall sales performance.
β’ Proactively identify and address challenges, taking ownership even with limited resources.
β’ Initiate measurable enhancements across sales processes, marketing collaboration, tools, and customer engagement.
β’ 5β7 years of pertinent sales experience, with a robust background in sales execution and revenue growth.
β’ A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience, leading and developing sales teams.
β’ Demonstrated experience in sales roles, including direct ownership of targets, pipelines, and performance metrics.
β’ Extensive hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot or similar), including daily operational use, reporting, and pipeline management.
β’ Experience in managing inbound sales, ideally in a B2C or high-volume setting.
β’ Proven track record of leading teams comprising 5 or more Sales Representatives.
β’ Strong analytical mindset, capable of making data-informed decisions.
β’ Experience with call-based sales methodologies.
β’ Fluent in English (working with US-based clients).
β’ High level of engagement in daily sales operations.
β’ History of improving B2C/B2B conversion rates.
β’ Familiarity with AI tools and structured sales playbooks.
β’ Experience in cross-functional collaboration.
β’ Expertise in CRM optimization.
β’ Proficiency in sales process and pipeline enhancement.
