This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the designated area while managing the project pipeline.
• Meet and exceed personal annual sales objectives.
• Stay informed about key customers, decision makers, influencers, organizational structures, and decision-making processes.
• Foster positive and transparent relationships with customers as well as internal Doka staff.
• Utilize the Doka product portfolio to provide cost-effective and professional solutions, enhancing revenue through upselling.
• Gain insights into competitor products.
• Accurately relay customer requirements to the engineering team.
• Address customer issues and complaints to enhance satisfaction levels.
• Lead and collaborate with team members and departments throughout the sales process, from inquiry to project completion.
• Manage customer accounts, including addressing complaints, inquiries, and account payments in accordance with Doka trading terms.
• Provide management with reports on sales activities, customer needs, competitive landscape, and opportunities for new products and services.
• Keep customer and project information updated in the CRM system to ensure precise revenue and material-requirement forecasting.
• A degree or diploma in a construction-related field is preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of the construction industry, particularly in the formwork sector.
• Proven technical sales expertise with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Proficient IT skills and a solid grasp of Microsoft Office applications.
• Capability to create and confidently present tailored presentations to various audiences.
• Strong relationship management abilities and adeptness in managing customer feedback.
• Understanding of essential contractual terms.
• A passion for providing solutions to clients through value-added approaches.
• Open-minded, team-oriented, and possessing a positive attitude.
• Ability to self-motivate and work independently.
• Highly motivated and target-oriented, with a proven sales track record.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, selling, and negotiation skills, along with strong numerical aptitude.
• High levels of prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.
