This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage essential key accounts, distributors, and independent doors in the natural channel for the Unilever Wellbeing Collective, representing OLLY, SmartyPants, Onnit Labs, and Welly.
• Design and implement sales strategies.
• Develop impactful promotional plans to boost incremental sales revenue.
• Oversee a network of broker partners to meet ambitious sales goals across all four operating companies.
• Direct all sales initiatives within the assigned territory, fostering customer and broker partnerships.
• Strategically plan, forecast, and execute annual business and promotional strategies for all customers while maintaining the annual reduced revenue rate.
• Build and manage relationships with key accounts to enhance sales opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with strategy, marketing, and product development teams.
• Clearly communicate each brand’s unique and premium value proposition.
• Evaluate market trends and competitor actions to discover new opportunities.
• Convert business plans into successful retail execution.
• Conduct annual joint business planning with strategic partners.
• Navigate complex situations involving multiple stakeholders and tasks under tight deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with pricing and financial guidelines in the marketplace.
• Report directly to the Director of Sales – Natural / Sales Director – Natural.
• Proven track record with 3-8 years of sales experience in the CPG sector.
• Capability to foster and maintain strong relationships with category merchants, procurement buyers, and broker partners.
• Possess an entrepreneurial spirit, innovative mindset, and ownership mentality.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong negotiation abilities and capacity to achieve alignment with retail partners.
• Thought leadership that motivates change and adds value within the organization.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across functions to meet company-wide objectives.
• Proficiency in articulating root causes of issues, defining trade-offs, and translating insights into actionable solutions.
• Maintain professionalism and adhere to core company values.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
