Sales Manager – Key Account Manager, Field Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assume responsibility for and oversee a well-established sales territory in northern and eastern Germany.

• Proactively and professionally manage key accounts alongside existing clients.

• Enhance the network and secure new customer acquisitions.

• Drive sustainable growth in both market share and revenue.

• Support customer projects from the initial concept phase through to implementation in close collaboration with Project Management.

• Aid in the formulation of sales strategies and marketing initiatives.

• Contribute to the ongoing development of products and market opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Commercial training or a comparable qualification.

• A strong passion for sales.

• Experience in selling products that necessitate explanation, preferably within a project-oriented business context.

• Confident demeanor with a strong customer service focus.

• Familiarity with VOB/VOL is advantageous, though not mandatory.

• Willingness to travel throughout northern and eastern Germany.

• Independent and organized approach to work tasks.

• High level of self-motivation.
