This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Lead a regional field sales team to effectively implement strategy, meet revenue goals, and generate sustainable value for customers.
• Manage the regional budget and resource distribution.
• Oversee the regional field sales team, focusing on performance management, capability enhancement, and the integration of digital/AI tools.
• Ensure the efficient utilization of personnel, time, and investments, while fostering alignment around common regional objectives and strategies.
• Propel data-driven and predictive territory management through the use of analytics and CRM insights.
• Establish decision-making authorities and governance frameworks, and take ownership of the strategy-to-action process.
• Regularly incorporate AI tools such as Copilot and CRM analytics into daily leadership practices.
• Cultivate strategic relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), key accounts, and medical networks.
• Navigate competing account demands and champion solution-selling excellence.
• Attract, develop, and lead talent; offer coaching and manage talent and workforce planning, including succession planning.
• Guide the team through transformation while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Sales Director, Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Digital/AI Enablement, and CRM/Analytics teams.
• Professional qualification in accordance with Section 75 of the German Medicines Act (AMG), or a degree in a natural science.
• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally within the relevant business unit; extensive knowledge of the therapeutic area is advantageous.
• Proven ability to develop team members and create effective teams.
• Valid driver's license and capability to operate a passenger vehicle.
• Proficient in German and possess good English skills.
• Familiarity with AI – confident use of AI tools for leadership and management tasks.
• Data-oriented mindset with exceptional analytical abilities, particularly in CRM analytics.
• Proven coaching skills and experience in leading change initiatives.
• Annual incentive target: €20,000
