This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Strategically enhance market share within key aircraft programs.
• Cultivate high-level customer relationships throughout the entire customer organization.
• Establish segment strategies focused on product, pricing, and profit development.
• Oversee contractual and commercial risks while coordinating cross-functionally within the organization.
• Negotiate profitable long-term contracts with customers.
• Assist in formulating and achieving the annual business plan.
• Develop and define quotes for new business opportunities.
• Lead a team of account managers.
• Act as the primary escalation point for customers regarding expedite requests, chargebacks, supplier disputes, and recovery plans.
• Provide leadership across functions.
• Support Applications Engineering initiatives across various national and international facilities.
• Analyze market trends and their influence on business growth and profitability.
• Participate in marketing activities, including events, monthly forecasting, and process mapping.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering is required.
• An MBA is advantageous.
• At least 10 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the Aerospace sector.
• Capacity to work in a multicultural and international team environment.
• Understanding of the Government Contracting process and military sales is preferred.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated individual with a proven track record in commercial and technical roles.
• Comfortable interacting with customers at various organizational levels.
• Ability to develop and manage contracts across multiple SKF Aerospace manufacturing sites, both domestically and internationally.
• Strong aerospace technical knowledge.
• Capability to thrive and inspire in a fast-paced team setting.
• Willingness to travel 40% to 50% of the time is required.
• Familiarity with PMA development and FAA regulations is a plus.
