This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee, mentor, and nurture a B2C sales team spread nationally, comprising approximately 12 to 20 professionals.
• Hold regular one-on-one meetings, conduct call coaching sessions, engage in performance discussions, and provide tailored development support.
• Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics including revenue, conversion rates, inbound and outbound activities, productivity, and other sales performance indicators.
• Utilize performance insights to inform coaching strategies and necessary actions.
• Listen to customer interactions, recognize patterns and opportunities, and deliver actionable feedback.
• Eliminate operational or system obstacles and ensure sufficient support and coverage for the team.
• Promote adherence to CRM and sales processes across various brands and point-of-sale systems.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Finance, HR, Talent Acquisition, Operations, Systems, and Site Leadership regarding hiring, onboarding, workforce planning, reporting, process enhancements, and business objectives.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2C sales, including inside sales, contact center sales, enrollment sales, or other consumer sales settings.
• Proven experience in leading frontline sales teams.
• A track record of developing sales talent, enhancing performance, and fostering accountability without resorting to micromanagement.
• Experience in owning measurable team outcomes such as revenue, conversion rates, sales activity, productivity, or other performance targets.
• Proficiency with sales technology and CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
• Capacity to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
• Experience leveraging sales reports, performance data, call insights, and customer behavior to identify trends and enhance execution.
• Comfortable leading a nationally distributed team across various time zones.
• Willingness to support occasional evenings, weekends, or other periods of high demand.
• Recent experience directly leading or coaching frontline sales professionals.
• Significant ownership of a nationally distributed frontline sales team.
• Direct influence on team performance and development.
• Extensive exposure across multiple education brands, systems, customer segments, and business partners.
• Collaboration with leaders from Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, and Systems.
