Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Deliver demonstration programming lessons for children and their parents through Zoom.

• Integrate mentoring and expert roles during engaging 60-minute sessions.

• Support children in completing practical and interactive programming tasks.

• Assess family requirements and highlight the benefits of learning with Kodland.

• Engage in sales-oriented discussions and showcase Kodland’s educational services.

• Complete a test following the interview if requested.

• Background in sales, negotiation, or customer experience management.

• Capability to establish a trusting relationship with both adults (parents) and children.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Skill in engaging, clearly explaining, and confidently leading conversations.

• Friendly, patient, and professional attitude.

• Previous experience in teaching, coaching, conducting webinars, or public speaking is advantageous.

• Reliable Windows/Mac computer or laptop.

• Stable and quality internet connection.

• Access to a camera and microphone.

• A quiet workspace.

• Fluency in the required languages is requested in the application, though no specific language is specified.
