This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead the sales of capital equipment and promote the adoption of Insightec’s MR-guided focused ultrasound (MRgFUS) systems within the designated territory.
• Meet and surpass quarterly and yearly objectives for capital orders, treatments, and revenue enhancement.
• Create and implement a strategic territory plan that aligns with corporate and marketing goals.
• Identify key academic institutions and high-potential community hospitals.
• Conduct sales presentations and discussions regarding business cases with clinical and executive stakeholders.
• Develop and present economic value propositions that encompass capital expenditure, reimbursement, downstream revenue, and program development costs.
• Oversee collaboration with the distributor in Italy to meet annual targets.
• Work alongside Clinical Account Managers and Clinical Applications Specialists to activate sites, ramp up programs, and enhance utilization.
• Coordinate field activities with GE Healthcare, Siemens Healthineers, and Philips Healthcare.
• Represent Insightec at conferences, workshops, and regional events.
• Maintain pipeline management, forecasting, and activity reporting through the company CRM, including Salesforce.
• Analyze competitive activities and healthcare market trends.
• Provide insights and feedback to Marketing, Product Management, and Leadership teams.
• Ensure adherence to Insightec’s Quality Policy, relevant regulations, ethical standards, promotional guidelines, and data privacy regulations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• Over 10 years of sales experience within the medical device industry.
• Proven history of high-value capital equipment sales (≥1M€) to hospitals and academic institutions.
• Demonstrated success in finalizing complex multi-stakeholder agreements in Neurosurgery, Neurology, Radiology, and/or advanced Imaging/OR solutions.
• Established experience managing market-leading distributors.
• Proven track record of engaging with C-suite and G-level executives.
• Capability to build and sustain a strong sales funnel from initial prospecting to negotiation and closure.
• A robust network with hospital decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within the region is a considerable advantage.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and the local language.
• High level of strategic thinking, autonomy, communication, and resilience.
• Willingness to travel frequently across the territory.
• A passion for innovative medical technology and enhancing patient outcomes.
• Strong customer-oriented approach and solution-focused mindset.
• A collaborative team player with high integrity, capable of working cross-functionally and within a matrix environment.
• Proficient in both French and English.
• Located in France.
