Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Oversee, manage, and enhance the commercial sales team with an emphasis on recruitment, retention, and continuous development.

• Cultivate partnerships among sales, customer service, and operations by collaborating with various commercial business units.

• Propel revenue and profit-margin enhancement through innovative and strategic initiatives.

• Formulate and execute market-oriented sales strategies and pricing models.

• Establish and maintain relationships with both existing and potential customers.

• Execute the sales training process to deliver customer value and ensure success.

• Sustain a strong sales pipeline customized to regional requirements.

• Ensure compliance and safety in accordance with governmental regulations and company policies.

• Proficiently utilize Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Report directly to the General Manager.

• Travel across the region to assist current and potential customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in sales within the corrugated packaging sector.

• Willingness to travel throughout the region as needed to support current and potential customers.

• Preferred experience in corrugated sales management.

• Previous background in coaching and leading a high-performing team is preferred.

• Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the Chattanooga/Cleveland, Tennessee area.

• Must adhere to applicable governmental regulations and company standards.

• Effective usage of Microsoft 365 applications and Microsoft Dynamics CRM is required.

• Successful completion of a drug test may be mandated where allowed by state law.
