Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Analyze market trends and opportunities within the designated territory to recognize and engage new prospects.

• Create targeted lead lists and perform proactive outreach, including high-volume cold-calling.

• Identify and relay potential partnership opportunities to the Partnerships team.

• Conduct product demonstrations both virtually and in person.

• Participate in local events and visit properties to connect with prospective customers, with travel requirements kept below 10%.

• Represent Cloudbeds within the local market.

• Discover and secure new business opportunities.

• Cultivate relationships with prospects.

• Highlight Cloudbeds' SaaS solutions tailored for the hospitality industry.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in selling technological solutions within the hotel or hospitality sector.

• Strong technical proficiency.

• Established expertise in outbound sales strategies, particularly cold-calling and network development.

• Exceptional communication abilities.

• Proven sales and negotiation skills, with a record of surpassing targets.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Self-driven, results-oriented mindset with a dedication to business development.

• Solid understanding of PMS technology.

• Operational experience in the hospitality or lodging industry is a plus.

• Multilingual skills are a plus.

• Must be currently authorized to work in the location of the position without the need for visa sponsorship.

• No specific educational qualification required.
