Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Initiate proactive communication with salons via phone, cultivate interest, and arrange demonstrations from lead lists and marketing initiatives.

• Transition current users of Beautinda from free plans to paid subscriptions.

• Perform video demonstrations and independently finalize sales.

• Consistently record activities and outcomes in the appropriate systems.

• Offer structured insights on objections and client requests to the Product and Marketing teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in telephone sales (outbound/telesales), preferably in the SaaS, software, or beauty/hair salon sectors.

• Proven track record of closing sales—you can confidently discuss your sales achievements.

• Fluent in German, both verbally and in writing.

• Excellent self-management and discipline while working remotely.

• A genuine passion for our product and the beauty industry.
