This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engage in a distinctive 10-week sales internship that emphasizes practical experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Complete part of the sales training remotely and attend an additional week of training in Indianapolis to immerse in the corporate culture.
• Oversee a designated territory.
• Interact with physicians.
• Promote one of Lilly’s pharmaceutical products.
• Integrate seamlessly into a District team.
• Collaborate with a designated mentor to enhance territory management and selling techniques.
• Take part in intern activities aimed at networking, professional growth, and learning more about Lilly.
• Completion of 3 years of undergraduate studies towards a bachelor’s degree, or pursuing a master’s degree, with anticipated graduation between May 2027 and August 2028.
• Pharmacy students currently enrolled in a pharmacy program, in their 2nd, 3rd, or 4th year, with expected graduation between May 2027 and August 2029.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Lilly will not offer work authorization or visa sponsorship.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required.
• Familiarity with or experience in the sales process.
• Strongly motivated individual.
• Exceptional communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Capability to learn, apply, and articulate technical/scientific knowledge.
• Proficient in influence, persuasion, and negotiation techniques.
