Sales Force Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Design and create Salesforce solutions utilizing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flows, and associated technologies.

• Develop and enhance AI-driven Agentforce agents, prompts, workflows, and enterprise integrations.

• Execute Data Cloud implementations, RAG architectures, API-first integrations, and Responsible AI governance.

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, DevOps processes, automated testing, and deployment frameworks.

• Direct architecture evaluations, technical designs, troubleshooting, and production support efforts.

• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable Salesforce and AI solutions.

• Guide team members and assess emerging Salesforce and AI technologies.

• Offer technical leadership and ensure solutions align with business goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience is preferred.

• At least 10 years of overall IT experience is preferred.

• Strong proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, Node.js, Salesforce Flows, integrations, and security architecture.

• Experience with Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, prompt engineering, and AI agent development.

• Salesforce Certified Administrator certification is required.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.

• Agentforce Specialist certification is required.
