Sales Executive – Staffing, Agency, Tech Recruitment

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Promote Daxtra's AI-driven recruitment technology to staffing and recruitment firms.

• Establish Daxtra as the intelligence layer that enhances current ATS/CRM systems.

• Engage in consultative discovery discussions regarding recruiter efficiency, sourcing, search, matching, database management, and ROI.

• Provide customized demonstrations centered on agency recruiting workflows.

• Oversee the entire deal lifecycle from initial contact through negotiation to closure.

• Develop a sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, referrals, and participation in industry events.

• Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to secure deals.

• Take ownership of your pipeline and quota while having the freedom to cultivate your own business portfolio.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales.

• Proven experience in selling recruitment technology, ATS, CRM, or HR technology.

• Solid understanding of staffing and agency recruitment environments.

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage your own sales pipeline.

• Comfort in navigating complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong consultative selling instincts and excellent relationship-building capabilities.

• Genuine passion for AI and the evolving landscape of staffing technology.

• Experience in selling to staffing firms, agencies, or RPOs.

• Familiarity with platforms such as Bullhorn, Vincere, JobAdder, Avionté, Mercury, Erecruit, or similar.

• Background in selling AI-enhanced search, parsing, matching, or automation solutions.

• Experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS sales.

• Established network within the staffing and recruitment industry.
