Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive searches from initiation to offer acceptance and closure.

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, local job boards, community networks, and referrals.

• Perform high-quality recruiter screenings and provide hiring managers with straightforward and honest recommendations.

• Collaborate with hiring managers to establish expectations, align on candidate standards, and ensure search progress.

• Maintain cleanliness in Ashby and utilize pipeline data to identify potential risks and bottlenecks early on.

• Develop market insights across LATAM, focusing on talent pools, compensation, and effective strategies for each market.

• Assist in enhancing recruiting processes, ranging from outreach and screening to the overall candidate experience.

• Recruit for LATAM teams, concentrating on customer-facing positions such as Customer Support and Onboarding.

• Manage the entire process from intake to the signed offer, influencing regional hiring methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of recruiting experience, whether in an agency or in-house, with complete ownership of the cycle.

• Proven experience hiring within Latin America.

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish, written and verbal.

• Strong sourcing capabilities and the ability to handle both high-volume and niche searches simultaneously.

• Good judgment in candidate evaluation and the ability to provide hiring managers with direct, data-informed guidance.

• Highly organized and efficient, demonstrating a proactive approach and clear communication.

• Comfortable working asynchronously across different time zones, with some overlap with US hours.

• Experience in recruiting for Customer Experience roles (such as Support, Onboarding, Success, or similar), particularly at scale, is a significant advantage.

• Previous experience at a startup or fast-growing company is a considerable asset.

• Familiarity with Ashby or a similar modern applicant tracking system is a notable plus.
