📋 Description

• Finalize timeshare sales and achieve sales targets

• Concentrate on selling without the need to pursue leads or handle post-sale administrative duties

• Adhere to production and effort-related guidelines

• Provide exceptional customer service while upholding Hilton Grand Vacations' values

• Engage in scheduled sales meetings and training sessions through Microsoft Teams and similar platforms

• Operate independently while collaborating with key partners across the organization

• Maintain a professional appearance

⛳️ Requirements

• Have previous sales experience

• Possess basic technical skills in Salesforce, Chorus, E-worksheet, RingCentral, and Microsoft Outlook

• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekends and holidays

• Hold an active state real estate license if mandated in the state of residence

• Must live in a state where HGV has an active broker relationship: Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia, and Washington as listed

• Follow production and effort-based guidelines
