This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Generate new business opportunities and finalize sales for PIX4D’s range of products, with an emphasis on acquiring and nurturing Enterprise accounts.
• Partner with the Regional Sales Manager and senior technical personnel to devise and implement go-to-market strategies tailored for specific sectors.
• Conduct sales within large and intricate organizations, including utility firms, public works agencies, and construction companies.
• Collaborate with strategic accounts and outbound sales teams to identify potential new clients and drive net new sales.
• Work alongside Marketing and Customer Success to design digital marketing campaigns, organize webinars, and create demand.
• Identify and target accounts in sectors such as construction, engineering, utilities, municipalities, and law enforcement.
• Expand the reach of PIX4D technology within enterprise and governmental accounts.
• Transition deals from the prospecting stage to closure.
• Establish and maintain client relationships while gaining insights into customer needs and challenges.
• Negotiate terms and conditions effectively to finalize deals and secure contracts.
• Oversee the sales pipeline utilizing CRM software and assist in sales forecasting.
• Collaborate with sales development and marketing teams to enhance the go-to-market strategy for Catch RTK.
• Achieve sales revenue, conversion rate, and net promoter score targets.
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor actions, and market dynamics.
• Highly self-motivated in fostering new business, acquiring, and developing customers, with a proven history of meeting and surpassing ambitious sales objectives and driving growth.
• Demonstrated experience in navigating complex client organizational hierarchies.
• Proven track record in closing deals with medium to long sales cycles (3-6 months).
• Experience in penetrating large enterprises and/or government bodies.
• Excellent negotiation capabilities.
• Strong networking abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic analytical skills for conducting market research, analyzing data, and assessing the effectiveness of business development efforts.
• Familiarity with traditional outreach techniques such as cold calling and email sequencing.
• Knowledge and experience in surveying and engineering, GIS, horizontal construction, or subsurface utility engineering is preferred but not essential.
• Proficient in using CRM software, sales automation tools, and other relevant technologies.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and occasionally across Europe, up to 30% of the time.
• Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
