This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Oversee contracts and relationships with designated Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs) for all Philips Healthcare Products.
β’ Strategically collaborate at the C-Level and work cross-functionally with the internal Philips sales team.
β’ Serve as the primary point of contact to drive strategies with key IDN accounts on a national level.
β’ Provide insights into market trends, competitive landscapes, and healthcare regulations.
β’ Foster trusted-advisor relationships and support the standardization of Philips solutions and product portfolio.
β’ Identify growth opportunities by evaluating contract statuses, standardization plans, existing contracts, product needs, care gaps, installed base, and construction strategies.
β’ Formulate deal strategies and manage the account funnel, forecasts, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) performance.
β’ Communicate, align, and motivate the team to implement account strategies effectively.
β’ Negotiate and oversee the development of contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, renewals, and extensions.
β’ Manage customer expectations throughout the sales process.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of Field Sales experience within the healthcare industry is required.
β’ Experience with C-Level executives and IDNs is necessary.
β’ A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field is required.
β’ Preferred experience in leading account teams/direct reports across various modalities, and selling to accounts that can generate significant sales volumes and/or market share growth.
β’ Preferred experience in selling Enterprise Capital Equipment into accounts that have a complex sales cycle involving multiple decision-makers.
β’ Must be able to meet the physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements for a Sales position, with or without accommodation.
β’ Ability to engage customers in substantial, in-depth discussions and educate them on industry trends and business challenges.
β’ Willingness to travel, including overnight trips, is required.
β’ US work authorization is mandatory; candidates needing sponsorship for a work-authorized visa now or in the future will not be considered.
β’ Must live in or be within commuting distance to Texas.
β’ Target compensation includes a base salary along with a target incentive.
