This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Leverage extensive experience, domain knowledge, and consultative selling abilities to initiate and enhance sales of Invisors’ Workday services.
• Mentor internal stakeholders and formulate sales strategies and winning themes in partnership with Workday and potential clients.
• Oversee the complete sales process and steer pursuits toward successful results.
• Create and implement territory plans to boost sales pipeline and meet growth objectives.
• Manage relationships, conduct quarterly roadshows, maintain account cadence, and outline account next steps.
• Comprehend prospect requirements, stakeholder preferences, competitor strengths and weaknesses, Workday concerns, and internal delivery suggestions.
• Formulate pursuit strategies that highlight Invisors’ unique advantages.
• Collaborate with solutions, leadership, and pursuit teams to generate value, establish entry points, minimize competition, and define solutions, timelines, efforts, and pricing.
• Assemble pursuit teams, identify winning themes, manage RFP responses and proposals, coach presentations, develop pricing strategies, negotiate proposals, create statements of work, finalize contracts, and transition work to delivery.
• Engage in trade shows, Workday conferences, and targeted local marketing events.
• Inform Workday customers and prospects about Workday and Invisors’ unique differentiators.
• Advocate for Invisors within the Workday organization and customer network.
• Identify prospects by mapping team relationships to target accounts and coordinating efforts with Workday sales.
• Stay updated with Workday functionalities, benefits, and roadmap.
• Recognize and share trends in customer requirements regarding Workday deployment services.
• Assist Workday in positioning CoSell opportunities to broaden SKU footprint.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with Workday sales and alliance stakeholders.
• Maintain post-sale relationships with prospects to enhance referenceability.
• Track and update data related to customers, prospects, stakeholders, and pursuit activities.
• Significant experience, domain expertise, and consultative selling capabilities.

• Knowledge of Workday solution areas such as HCM, Financials, Planning, or Extend/Built-on-Workday.
• Ability to extract stakeholder insights and translate them into actionable pursuit priorities.
