This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
β’ Identify and cultivate new business prospects through networking, referrals, research, social media, conferences, partnerships, and proactive outreach.
β’ Establish and nurture relationships with both potential and existing clients, pinpointing opportunities for growth and referrals.
β’ Comprehend the business challenges faced by prospects and suggest suitable SchemeServe solutions using a consultative sales approach.
β’ Provide customized product demonstrations to meet client needs.
β’ Oversee opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry to contract finalization and transition to the Wunderwriter team.
β’ Work closely with Engineering and Wunderwriters to relay customer requirements and suggestions for product improvements.
β’ Keep precise records of opportunities, activities, and communications in the CRM system.
β’ Monitor and oversee the sales pipeline, forecasting and prioritizing opportunities effectively.
β’ Collect market feedback and customer insights to guide product development initiatives.
β’ Represent SchemeServe at industry-related events, conferences, webinars, and networking functions.
β’ Collaborate with the Marketing team on thought leadership, social media initiatives, customer success stories, and industry engagement.
β’ Develop a professional network while acting as a brand ambassador for SchemeServe.
β’ Achieve and surpass sales objectives and key performance indicators.
β’ Background in the insurance or Insurtech sector.
β’ Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within software or technology sectors.
β’ Exceptional verbal and presentation skills, both over the phone and in face-to-face interactions.
β’ Experience in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM systems.
β’ Strong commercial insight with the ability to discern customer needs and articulate value effectively.
β’ Self-driven, motivated, and well-organized individual.
β’ Comfortable presenting software demonstrations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
β’ Authentic interest in technology and the ability to solve business challenges through software solutions.
β’ Valid UK driving license.
