Sales Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Perform high-volume outbound cold calls to engage business owners and key decision-makers.

• Discover and target new business opportunities utilizing LinkedIn, Google, and Yelp.

• Build, manage, and sustain a self-generated pipeline of qualified leads.

• Present and showcase Welcome Wagon’s advertising solutions to potential clients.

• Arrange appointments and conduct consistent follow-ups to secure new business.

• Accurately track outreach, pipeline activities, and sales performance within CRM systems.

• Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity and revenue goals.

• Generate new business and broaden the client base.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma is mandatory; further education or certifications are advantageous.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• 1–3 years of experience in high-volume outbound cold calling (B2B preferred).

• Demonstrated ability to prospect, generate leads, and independently build a pipeline.

• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasive skills.

• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working within a metrics-focused environment.

• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

• A quiet workspace is essential.

• Internet connection must be at least 30 Mbps for downloads and 10 Mbps for uploads.

• Desktop or laptop must meet specified Windows hardware and operating system requirements.

• Must be using Windows 10 or above.

• A minimum of 8 GB of RAM is required.

• A mobile device running Android version 7.0+ or iOS 13.0+ is necessary.

• Mobile device must be secured with automatic screen lock and passcode, Face ID, or fingerprint authentication.
