This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead a team within the Americas Nuclear Services Sales division.
• Oversee a sales team and operational plan aimed at increasing market share, securing orders, and achieving contribution margin targets.
• Cultivate customer relationships and influence segment decision-making.
• Identify opportunities for volume enhancement, backlog growth, and portfolio solutions.
• Guide Sales Managers in discerning customer needs and addressing business challenges through a consultative approach.
• Formulate strategic sales and business plans.
• Achieve commitments related to revenue, margin, and market penetration.
• Build strategic relationships with designated customers and devise strategies for securing profitable business.
• Manage customer satisfaction assessments, action plans, and follow-through processes.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities for the sales team.
• Ensure compliance with the Nuclear Market Strategy and Daily Management objectives.
• Take ownership of sub-regional orders, commitments, and forecast accuracy for convertible orders.
• Represent the voice of the customer and foster a customer-centric culture.
• Offer demand forecasting and pacing assistance to Sales Operations and Finance.
• Keep track of market trends, customer strategies, requirements, outage schedules, and competitor activities.
• Share market insights internally and leverage market knowledge to capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Lead and support the development and review of deal strategies with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor and drive the development of the regional opportunity pipeline.
• Take part in or lead Lean initiatives that support Sales and Commercial teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a technical field from an accredited institution.
• At least 10 years of experience in the power generation sector.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience with steam turbine and generator technology, nuclear reactor operations, maintenance, and nuclear refueling processes.
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing, sales, project management, or customer service within the power generation industry.
• Proven experience in direct employee management.
• Strong background in the energy industry.
• Direct experience interacting with customers.
• Excellent commercial acumen.
• Capable of managing multiple competing priorities efficiently.
• Proven inclusive leadership skills within a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated ability to think clearly and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, where applicable.
