This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.
• Collaborate with Sales during discovery calls, technical deep-dives, and evaluations; clarify requirements and success criteria.
• Transform customer challenges into product use cases, solution strategies, and detailed implementation plans.
• Articulate Trase’s platform and agent functionalities to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Create quick demo mock-ups and proof-of-concepts, including lightweight cloud code/scripted demonstrations, to validate workflows and expedite deals.
• Manage and enhance demo resources, including reusable scenarios, sample data, reference architectures, and competitive positioning.
• Draft requirements summaries, solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and handoff documents for delivery teams.
• Collaborate with Product to establish feedback loops, identify recurring needs, prioritize gaps, and suggest roadmap opportunities.
• Assist in the delivery handoff by ensuring Engineering has the context necessary to implement what was sold and that commitments align with reality.
• Experience in roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Solution Consultant in customer-facing technical sales.
• Strong technical fluency, capable of addressing technical inquiries, elucidating system behavior, and evaluating trade-offs.
• Exceptional communication skills, including leading discussions, simplifying complex concepts, and fostering customer trust.
• Product-oriented mindset to convert vague customer inputs into precise requirements, use cases, and prioritized action steps.
• Proven capability to create quick demos or prototypes to showcase solution approaches and facilitate decision-making.
• Comfortable working with APIs, integrations, and configurable product interfaces.
• Quick learner adept at grasping new systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Product, and Engineering with strong follow-through.
• Comfortable operating in dynamic environments where priorities change based on customer feedback.
• Experience in the healthcare domain is highly preferred, though not mandatory.
• Senior-level experience with responsibility for complex customer engagements is a valuable asset.
