Sales Engineering Operations Analyst – Salesforce, Reporting, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Assist in enhancing the productivity and operational effectiveness of the Sales Engineering team.

• Maintain and improve SE Power BI dashboards.

• Verify data sources and ensure the integrity of data across reporting.

• Manage first-line triage, documentation, and coordination of Salesforce (SFDC) change requests.

• Provide support for basic SFDC/Vivun administrative tasks.

• Document business requirements for minor system enhancements.

• Work with SE managers to comprehend reporting requirements and convert them into specified dashboard updates.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools to optimize reporting and documentation processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, operations, or business systems support.

• Some practical experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, workflow automation).

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI.

• Familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) data structures and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively under guidance and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
