📋 Description

• Oversee the performance of individuals and teams, ensuring effective and productive collaborations with sales, product, support, and customer success teams.

• Collaborate with Account Executives and Regional Sales Directors on account planning, strategy formulation, and sales call activities.

• Handle pre-sales escalations, addressing product issues and feature requests.

• Engage in customer and prospect calls as a trusted advisor.

• Work alongside other Sales Engineering leaders to enhance the overall Sales Engineering organization.

• Illustrate and convey the benefits of Samsara’s Connected Operations Cloud to enterprise clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in sales engineering management.

• Familiarity with software product sales, including Infrastructure and SaaS.

• Proficient in one or more areas such as IoT, Networking/Security, SaaS, Cloud Technologies, or Physical Security.

• Strong technical and business insight.

• Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to collaborate with stakeholders across sales, product, marketing, support, and customer success, from individual contributors to executives.

• Proven leadership, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent presentation and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

• Willingness to travel as required.

• Must be based remotely in Germany or France.

• Fluent in German or French.
