Sales Engineer – Survey, APAC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Empower authorized distribution partners throughout the APAC region by delivering expert training to effectively showcase and implement Trimble's geospatial solutions.

• Execute and enhance regional go-to-market strategies by converting market intelligence into actionable growth plans for the Geospatial portfolio.

• Engage directly with high-profile clients to provide technical guidance and ensure the smooth deployment of complex construction and surveying technologies.

• Lead the regional shift towards Connect and Scale initiatives, emphasizing the successful adoption of term-based software like Trimble Business Center and Trimble Access.

• Serve as a strategic technical advisor, keeping abreast of competitor activities and market trends to guide future product development and sales strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive technical knowledge in surveying (cadastral, topographic, or construction) or engineering, with a solid understanding of digital construction principles.

• Demonstrated experience in sales enablement or technical training, with the capability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Outstanding communication skills, including the ability to develop digital content such as technical workflow tutorials and presentations.

• Strong adaptability combined with a results-driven attitude, comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment that requires significant regional travel.

• Specialized experience with Trimble Business Center, Trimble Access, or Trimble Connect.

• Established knowledge of land development and infrastructure markets within the Asia-Pacific region.

• Familiarity with terrestrial and mobile laser scanning or photogrammetry workflows.
