This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Serve as a strategic consultant to prospects, clients, and the UiPath sales team.
• Identify the benefits of Automation and AI for current business operations.
• Assist in designing streamlined processes utilizing UiPath platform features.
• Achieve technical success and pinpoint high-value technology applications within Retail and Manufacturing sectors.
• Collaborate with and coordinate resources throughout the customer engagement lifecycle.
• Promote the advantages of Automation by integrating a digital workforce with AI/ML capabilities.
• Enhance the UiPath platform, create marketplace offerings, and develop industry-specific solution accelerators.
• Comprehend the challenges in Retail and Manufacturing, industry pressures, and business opportunities.
• Work alongside sales to outline account strategies, broaden solution reach, and pinpoint desired business outcomes.
• Create and present industry-specific demonstrations and proof-of-value initiatives.
• Conduct process discovery sessions, develop automation opportunity backlogs, and quantify the value generated.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to relay customer feedback and refine products.
• Share insights and best practices with the UiPath GTM team.
• Provide input to product teams to foster innovation and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Knowledge of industry domains such as Retail, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Store Operations, Merchandising, Procurement, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain Operations, or related fields.
• Familiarity with typical Retail and Manufacturing business processes, including order management, inventory management, demand planning, procure-to-pay, invoice processing, production planning, quality management, customer support, workforce operations, and back-office automation.
• Understanding of technical environments and capability to design complex solutions.
• Proven experience in simplifying and conveying intricate concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Knowledge of Lean Principles, Continuous Process Improvement methodologies, and operational excellence practices.
• Ability to empathize with colleagues and clients.
• A desire to learn and excel in your field.
• Open to coaching and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Experience collaborating with Fortune 100 companies and addressing business challenges through technology.
• Background in consulting, sales engineering, industry solutions, operations transformation, or managing automation programs.
• Must possess authorization to work in the United States.
• Willing to travel 20–25% of the time.
