This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the subject-matter expert on permitting throughout sales cycles and pilot programs.
• Participate in calls led by Account Executives, evaluate customer workflows, propose customer-experience strategies, and clarify program parameters.
• Outline commercial permitting workflows and develop platform configurations that align with customer objectives.
• Conduct weekly internal meetings for ongoing pilots and accounts, monitor deadlines, manage risks, and escalate any program-related concerns.
• Generate customer-facing KPI reports detailing program status, progress made, and value provided.
• Serve as the liaison for billing and accounting related to invoices, payment schedules, and pass-through fees.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for architects, civil engineers, general contractors, departments, offices, and job captains.
• Develop scalable enablement playbooks for AEC, including report templates, onboarding checklists, contact directories, and lunch-and-learn resources.
• Collaborate with Product, Implementation, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver practical solutions and ensure seamless handoffs.
• Assist in expanding within targeted commercial accounts.
• In-depth knowledge of commercial construction, permitting, or pre-construction processes.
• Experience in pulling permits, liaising with building departments, managing permit operations, or working within the trades.
• Proficient in mapping customer processes, identifying bottlenecks, and creating scalable solutions across diverse commercial programs.
• Proven experience in managing complex programs with multiple stakeholders and ensuring accountability among third parties.
• Background in supporting sales teams during discovery, scoping, and solution validation phases.
• Capable of instructing a diverse range of stakeholders on platform usage and developing scalable training materials.
• Skilled in connecting customer challenges with product capabilities for executive audiences.
• Ability to collaborate across various functions including Sales, Product, Operations, Implementation, and Customer Success.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing structure, content, and processes from the ground up.
